– Includes up to 1,5 hour of maintenance per month. Any additional work beyond this limit will be billed separately based on complexity.
– Remote guidance for basic tasks
– Valid for 1 PC/laptop per month
– Support is provided remotely or on-site (depending on location and availability)

Note: Once the subscription is activated, the payment for the current month is non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@idevices.co.uk. Cancellation will stop future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
