– Free delivery within up to 30 calendar days
– We do not offer installation – replacement is done by the customer
– No need to return the old screen protector
– We do not provide any compensation or replacement for the phone display
– The subscription only covers the screen protector provided through this service.
– One request per month is allowed – unused requests do not carry over.
– Delivery may take up to 30 days.
– The customer is responsible for applying the new protector.
– No refunds are available after the first day of activation.
– Requests must be sent to support@idevices.co.uk within 24h of noticing the damage. Additionally, you must specify the exact phone model for which you need the screen protector.
Note: Once the subscription is activated, the payment for the current month is non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@idevices.co.uk. Cancellation will stop future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
