– Operating system installation or reinstallation (Windows or macOS)<\/p>\n

– Account setup and system updates<\/p>\n

– Installation of essential applications (browser, Office, antivirus, etc.)<\/p>\n

– General system optimization<\/p>\n

– Includes up to 1,5 hour of maintenance per month. Any additional work beyond this limit will be billed separately based on complexity.<\/p>\n

– Remote guidance for basic tasks<\/p>\n

– Valid for 1 PC\/laptop per month<\/p>\n

– Support is provided remotely or on-site (depending on location and availability)<\/p>\n

– Includes up to 1,5 hour of maintenance per month. Additional hours are billed separately.<\/p>\n

– Software license costs (Windows, Office, etc.) are not included<\/p>\n

– Appointments must be scheduled via email at support@idevices.co.uk<\/p>\n

– Service is intended for personal or small business use<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Once the subscription is activated, the payment for the current month is non-refundable<\/strong>.
