Refund and Returns Policy – www.idevices.co.uk

1. Physical Accessories

We accept returns for physical accessories (cases, cables, chargers, etc.) within 14 calendar days of delivery, only if the following conditions are met:

– The product is unused, sealed, and in the same condition as delivered.
– The customer notifies our support team at support@idevices.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the returned product is confirmed and approved.

2. Digital Products (Software Licenses, Windows, etc.)

All digital licenses (Windows, Office, and other activation keys) are non-refundable for any reason once delivered.

No refunds will be issued for mistaken purchases, unused keys, or change of mind. These are digital goods, and their delivery is considered final.

In rare cases, if a license is non-functional upon first activation, the company may offer a replacement or partial refund – at our sole discretion.

3. Insurance Subscriptions (Screen Protectors, Cases, etc.)

Subscriptions for protection of screen, cases, or other accessories are non-refundable after activation.

– Refunds are only possible on the first day of activation, if the request is submitted via email.
– After 3 days from activation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Each subscription covers 1–2 claims per month, depending on the selected plan. Abusive or excessive claims may result in account cancellation without compensation.

4. IT Services and Maintenance Packages (including Android TV Support)

All monthly subscriptions or service packages for IT support and TV maintenance (e.g. activation, configuration, account setup for Android TVs) are non-refundable after service has been partially or fully delivered.

No refunds will be provided if the customer changes their mind after activation or if the account was already configured. These services are considered personalized and delivered as per individual requests.

The company reserves the right to suspend service in case of abuse, without obligation to refund.

5. Service and Order Rejection

www.idevices.co.uk reserves the right to reject, cancel, or suspend any order, subscription, or activation, without the obligation to provide an explanation.

In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund, and the company’s decision is final.

This policy helps protect the company from suspicious activity, fraud, or misuse of services.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

Include:
– Full name
– Order number
– Reason for the request
– Evidence (screenshots, photos, etc.)

All requests are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the above conditions.
